These terms govern your use of the Android apps published by Cookie Cat Studios, including Towerstack (the "Apps"), and our website cookiecatstudios.com (the "Site"). By downloading, installing or using an App or the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are

The Apps and Site are provided by Cookie Cat Studios, an independent developer operated by Devendra Singh Chauhan. Contact: [email protected].

2. License to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use each App on your Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the Apps or their content
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law allows it
• Use cheats, bots, exploits or tools that give an unfair advantage or interfere with the Apps
• Remove copyright or other ownership notices
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose

4. Ads and in-app purchases

Some Apps may show ads or offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to its payment terms and refund policy. We do not store your payment details. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Intellectual property

The Apps, including their code, graphics, sounds, names and logos, are owned by Cookie Cat Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no ownership rights in them.

6. Third-party services

The Apps may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. By using the Apps you also accept that policy.

8. Updates and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any App or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep using the App. We may also update these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps and Site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or suited to every device.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cookie Cat Studios and Devendra Singh Chauhan are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Apps or Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using an App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India, unless mandatory consumer laws where you live say otherwise.
