This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you use our Android games and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to Towerstack and every other app published by Cookie Cat Studios (the "Apps"), and to cookiecatstudios.com (the "Site").

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cookie Cat Studios, an independent Android developer operated by Devendra Singh Chauhan. If you have any question, contact us at [email protected].

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you email or call us, we receive your name, email address or phone number, and anything else you choose to share. We use it only to reply to you.

Information collected automatically

When you play our Apps, the following may be collected automatically, usually through the third-party services listed in section 3:

• Device information such as model, operating system version, language and screen size
• App activity such as sessions, game progress events and feature use
• Crash logs and performance data
• An advertising ID, if the App shows ads
• An approximate location derived from your IP address (we do not collect precise location)

Information we do not collect

Our Apps do not need or request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, text messages or precise location. We do not sell your personal information.

2. How we use information

• To run, maintain and improve our Apps and fix bugs
• To understand how players use our games so we can make them better
• To show ads and measure how they perform, where ads are present
• To respond to your questions and support requests
• To keep our Apps secure and prevent fraud or abuse
• To meet legal obligations

3. Third-party services

Our Apps may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies. These may include:

• Google Play Services for game distribution and, where used, game services and in-app purchases. Google privacy policy
• Google AdMob for advertising, where an App shows ads. AdMob data use
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for usage statistics and crash reports. Firebase privacy

These services may collect data such as your advertising ID, device identifiers and IP address. Each App's Google Play listing shows the data it collects in the Data safety section.

4. Advertising

Some of our Apps may display ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your Android settings under Settings, then Google, then Ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

5. Children's privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Emails you send us are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics and crash data is kept according to the retention settings of the service that collects it.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, including using trusted providers that encrypt data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain uses. This includes rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply, the GDPR and similar laws. To use any of these rights, email us. 9. International transfers

The services we use may process data on servers outside your country. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

10. This website

The Site is informational. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
