Terms of service
The ground rules for working together. Every project also gets its own written agreement.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote listing what is included. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it starts.
Payments
Build projects: 40% advance before work begins, 60% on launch. Monthly services are paid in advance at the start of each month. Invoices are issued for every payment.
Ad spend
Advertising budgets for Google, Facebook and Instagram are paid by the client directly to the platform and are not part of my fees.
Ownership
Once the final payment is made, you own the website or app design and code made for you, plus all accounts created in your name. Third-party themes, plugins or licences remain under their own terms.
Revisions
Each project includes the rounds of revisions written in the quote. Extra rounds may be charged at an agreed rate.
Results
I work hard to get you results, but rankings and ad performance depend on factors outside my control, such as platform changes and competition. No specific ranking or sales figure is guaranteed.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be stopped with 15 days' notice. Advances for build projects cover work already started and are not refundable once design work begins.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
